Feeling better today, more like myself. Not quite 100%, but more typical. The rest day yesterday was beneficial. Headache appears to be gone.
Deb McComas sent the menu for the Michele's Halloween chef's dinner. I'm really sorry we can't go as there are wonderful fall-themed menu items like butternut/buttercup squash soup in acorn bowls, etc. Sadly we forgot to go back and buy the "winter's worth" of squash from the vendor at the farmer's market. I would have liked to have all that squash to cook up this year. Guess we should have bought it and carried it.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g raspberries, coffee
10:00 am Chocolate muffin
12:15 pm Vanilla soy shake, small rum bundt cake, SweeTango apple, 1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar
6:15 pm 1/2 pasty, 1/2 c homemade applesauce, 4 oz IPA
