I would really like to crawl back in my nice warm bed today, maybe after a session in the hot tub. Not really exhausted, just craving some lazy warmth. Last couple of nights have been just a little short of my usual 8 hours, and I tend to feel the lack fairly quickly these days. Maybe I'll get a full 8 tonight, but we hope to hike at Rib which usually means a later bedtime if we eat at the Dane. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, 2 plums, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, cinnamon raisin scone, .85 SweeTango apple (minus the bad spot) 3:45 pm 100 cal Snapeas Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am The Firm Step DVD
