One call on the pager last night, of course just as I was getting ready to head out to Suzuki, but it was quickly resolved and I still had most of my lesson. When this week is over, no more call til the week of New Years.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 81 g raspberries, coffee
12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, cinnamon chip squash, SweeTango apple
12:45 pm .2 oz white chocolate candy corn M&Ms
3:15 pm 100 cal Snapeas
5:15 pm 5 pumpkin ravioli, 1/2 c carmelized onion & garlic pasta sauce, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk
