Into the last quarter of 2013 already. Yipes! Signed up for the October cooking class at Rockman's Catering with Dad. So glad he goes to these with me - it's truly a better venue for us to cook together than bumping into each other in our little home kitchen. I appreciate learning some basic skills as well. Food: 6:45 am 68 g pumpkin coffee ring (from Clasen's), 1/2 grapefruit, 98 g raspberries, coffee 12:00 pm Chips/salsa, 3 oz chicken breast w/mole sauce, 1/3 c beans w/cheese, 1/3 c Mexican rice, 2 sm flour tortillas 3:45 pm 2 Kopiko cappucino hard candies 8:00 pm 2 grilled chicken drumsticks, SweeTango apple, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am DWTS DVD 5:20-7:25 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
