This morning I get my annual physical. I leave in a few minutes for my labs, then arranged to meet my usual Friday morning breakfast client early so the fasting labs are really no inconvenience at all. I see Paul Munck at 8:45 and, except for a likely mammogram to be scheduled, I will hopefully be good for another year.
All checked out well, my numbers are good and nothing untoward showed up on labs or exam. Mammogram in April and I'll be done for another year.
Food:
7:15 am Scrambled Egg Beaters w/spinach & mushrooms, English muffin w/butter & 1 pkg orange marmalade, 2 thin tomato slices (if you can call winter tomatoes by that name), wedge cantaloupe, wedge Granny Smith apple, coffee
11:00 am 1/2 c chocolate Fiber One dry cereal
12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice 12 grain bread, 1 tbl PB, 1/4 med cantaloupe
5:30 pm 1/3 Specially Selected Spinach & Goat Cheese pizza
7:00 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk
