Happy Mardi Gras Day! We ate our piece of King Cake early because we have cooking class at Rockman's tonight. We are doing gastropub food with Scott's son who has worked at Christian's Bistro, Father Fats, and now works at a gastropub in Hudson. Should be yummy!
Made my soy shake into a smoothie today with strawberries and a ripe banana. Tasty, but I should have thrown in a couple of ice cubes to cool it a bit.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
9:15 am 1 After Eight mint
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 145 g strawberries, med banana, slice 12 grain toast, 1 tbl PB
