So far, so good this morning. I rested quite a bit yesterday afternoon and evening and got plenty of sleep last night. No cold symptoms as yet and nothing worse than the stiffness in my back. I slept the extra hour in lieu of exercise so I haven't pushed myself much yet. Food: 6:50 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, fig scone, 119 g strawberries 4:30 pm Spinach/cheese ravioli, .5 tbl butter, 1 tbl shredded parmesan Exercise: 1:00-1:50 pm Walk with Client
