My back is almost back to normal. My flexibility is almost back, and I only have a slight achy twinge in some positions. Maybe by the end of vacation, it will be completely healed. Sun on the muscles will likely feel good.
I am already mentally half on vacation so it has been a little challenging at work yesterday. I recall it is often this way before a bigger vacation, and I know I've seen it in others as well. I just need to remember that there are 3 more days of work left before I can go.
Hopefully my breakfast client is not going to cancel today. If so, I need to run to Starbucks or McDs for an oatmeal to take back to the office.
Food:
6:50 am 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
8:45 am 2 large banana walnut pancakes, 1 tbl syrup, 1 tbl whipped butter, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, pain aux raisins, caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, clementine
5:30 pm 3 oz beef brisket, 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes, 8 oz skim milk
