Tried a Jessica Smith Barre routine instead of the usual Sunday morning ballet DVD just for variety. Worked some muscles differently, but I think it will be a nice occasional change-up. This was a more thorough routine with a little cardio and some light weights included. Kept the ham/gruyere croissants fresh overnight in a plastic bag and they are DELICIOUS!!!!!
