Dad was having some stomach issues in the wee hours this morning; hope he's better now. Whatever afflicted me on Sunday didn't seem to last, so maybe he had a touch of the same thing. Full weeks of work seem so rude after a very short week, but next week will be short again with Thanksgiving so I guess I can deal with it. Today is likely to be the last Friday I go out to breakfast with my client. She is getting knee surgery next week and will be recuperating in the nursing home for a while, then I will be switching my caseload so she will no longer be my client. Damn, my cold is worse again. Food: 6:55 am Half slice of Polish apple cake, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am 2 scrambled eggs w/veggie mix, 1 slice mozzarella, wedge cantaloupe, wedge honeydew, 2 slices grilled homemade toast w/butter, 1 pkg orange marmalade 11:40 am Fit & Active pumpkin pie yogurt, 1 slice struan toast w/butter, 101 g raspberries 2:30 pm 100 cal dark chocolate acai pack 5:30 pm Sm bowl chicken dumpling soup, 2 pc fried perch w/tartar sauce, seasoned potato wedges, 1/4 c coleslaw, 1/2 slice buttered marble rye bread, 12 oz O'So Memory Lane 6:10 pm 1/2 slice apple/carrot/pecan cake w/mascarpone frosting Exercise: 4:50-5:35 am Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Fit Body DVD 5:35-5:50 am Jessica Smith Power Walk Quickie YouTube 4:15-4:45 pm Jessica Smith Dance Party YouTube
