Last work day of the week - okay by me. The time is flying by again. I cannot quite comprehend that tomorrow is Thanksgiving already. Food: 6:55 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 9:30 am Sm molasses cookie 11:50 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, pumpkin chocolate chip muffin, Fit & Active pumpkin yogurt, 101 g raspberries 1:30 pm Slice Costco pumpkin cake roll 6:30 pm 3/4 c whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 c caramelized onion and garlic sauce, 1/8 c onion, 1/4 c green pepper, 3 oz ground beef, 1/2 c cranberry waldorf Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am Kristi Yamaguchi workout DVD 5:40-5:55 am Jogging 5:20-6:00 pm Jessica Smith Belly, Buns & Thighs YouTube
