Still feeling the effects of the cold, but at least was able to sleep and breathe last night without medication. That's always a step in the right direction. Finished my newest Outlander novel last night - very satisfying ending. She could conceivably stop the series here with a "happily ever after" sort of feel, but I suspect she has a few more in her. Time to switch reading gears again. Well, I saved a lot of calorie consumption. I ate one small sliver of the Costco pumpkin pie and stored the remainder out on the ledge, covered tightly with foil and the lid. The pie was crawling with ants when I went to get another piece tonight. Food: 6:50 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 10:30 am Cup echinacea tea 12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice multigrain omega 3 toast, 1 tbl peanut butter, 98 g raspberries 12:55 pm Fun size M&M Peanut 6:00 pm Applebee's chicken w/portabella mushrooms and zucchini Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am Jessica Smith Belly, Buns & Thighs YouTube 4:50-5:10 pm Dance to Bob Marley
