Mardi Gras! Tonight our Rockman cooking class is Evening in Tuscany, featuring recipes Scott developed from their Italian vacation. Should be good food and reminiscent of our vacation last summer. Looking forward to it

6:50 am Prune ponczka, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
9:00 am Chocolate frosted raised donut
11:45 am 54 g ham, brioche bun, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 2 clementines, 1/2 Costco chocolate cupcake

4:50-5:45 am DWTS DVD
5:00-5:10 pm 10 min Latin Dance DVD
