Feast of St. Blaise. Day to get your throat blessed to guard against choking in the year to come. We won't make it in to have a formal blessing, but may St. Blaise protect us all anyway. I am tired of cold, but I have to wait 5 more weeks to go where it's warm. I guess I can make it. Bought a bottled mole sauce at Aldi's but there are no instructions and I'm not sure how to use it. It is semi-solid, and the jar was very difficult to open so it was hard to spoon some out. I put a little on the chicken thighs and baked them, but it didn't melt down. We'll have to see if it imparted any flavor.
