Beautiful evening for a hike at Rib yesterday, and I was wiped from a combination of 22,000 steps on the day and DOMS from Tuesday's ballet plus Pilates in the afternoon, so we did the Dane for dinner. Felt so good to sit down and be waited on.
Have to miss my Barre class this morning for the Suicide Prevention meeting. I think I missed the meeting last month as it was likely the Friday right after we returned from vacation and I didn't write it on the calendar. Don't dare space it out again. Sorry to miss Barre, though.
Food:
6:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am 3 sm pcs French toast w/Panera cranberry walnut bread & 1 egg, butter, cinnamon sugar

7:40-8:00 am Walk to St Mike's
