Kathy's not feeling well today, so I guess I'm on my own for walking this morning. I'll probably wait a little later to start out. Gotta do a Pilates mat sometime today also. And if Bob can get free at the end of the day, it should be nice for a hike at Rib.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:40 pm 2 hard boiled eggs, 39 g raw carrots, 55 g raisin challah
3:30 pm 40 g dates
7:00 pm 2 chicken drumsticks, 1/2 c quick cook brown rice w/toasted almonds and golden raisins, 1/3 c sautéed parsnips
Exercise:
8:55-10:20 am Walk around Schmeeckle
4:40-5:55 pm Hike Rib
