Brrr! Weather is chilly again, though of course nothing like it will get in a couple of months from now. We had snow yesterday, enough that the ground is still white on the lawns. Too soon.
Food:
7:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
