Trying to adjust to cool temperatures again, but haven't quite made the transition. Wish I could speed it up so I could enjoy that the weather is nicer now than it will be in a month or two.
Food:
7:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
1:25 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, butter, 24 g cheddar, med apple w/cinnamon sugar
3:30 pm 3 c kettle corn
6:10 pm Honey mustard chicken breast, roasted beets, roasted purple potatoes
Exercise:
9:15-9:25 am Walk to Jefferson
10:35-10:45 am Walk home
10:55-11:25 am Walk to library and back
