Friday, yay! Tomorrow is Solo/Ensemble and I'm scheduled to be a room chairperson from 10 am-4 pm. Probably won't fit exercise in tomorrow so I'd better not take the day off today.
Food:
7:00 am 3/4 c Nature Valley Vanilla Nut cereal, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 1 pc 45 cal toast w/1 tsp soft margarine
3:00 pm Popcorn ball
6:15 pm Pacelli shrimp fry: 8 pc deep-fried shrimp, 2 tbl shrimp sauce, 1/4 c creamy coleslaw, 1/4 c waffle fries, dinner roll w/ 1 tsp margarine, 8 oz 2% milk, 2"x2" square cake w/frosting
