HOLY GODDAMN it was cold today. Apparently it was -10 degrees at 9am; I biked in at 8:20. Glad I didn't look at the weather first.
YAY PILATES!! Wish I could come do a session.
Food today:
8:10a - 2 shredded wheat biscuits and light vanilla soy milk
11:00a - 2 pc whole wheat toast (1.5 pb, .5 nutella) and 8oz carrot soup
afternoon - raisins and 3 graham crackers with a little nutella
evening - bowl vegetarian chili, 2pc cornbread with honey, 12 oz cranberry juice
Exercise today:
8:20-8:35a - Bike to campus
9:45-10:00a - Bike home (need to sign for tablet, make chili)
