Scale took a little backslide today to 145.8. Gave me a wake-up call that chocolate tastings, cheesecake and Valentine candy, even if it fits into the daily calorie count, are heading me in the wrong direction. Time to cut the refined sugar back again and get real! You'd think that by writing down what I eat every day, I'd pay attention, but I guess I got lost in the numbers somewhere.
Food:
7:00 am 1/2 Pumpkin Flaxseed granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Caribbean salad (greens w/chopped mango, pineapple chunks, sliced almonds, flaked coconut, mandarin oranges), 1 breadstick
2:30 pm Small box raisins
6:00 pm 1 c Italian casserole, 1 c sliced beets, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
9:00 pm 3 Kavli wafers
