Happy, Happy Valentine's Day to one of my most favorite sweeties! (The other two live with me!)
It's possible today might involve a few extra calories as Dad and I are having lunch at Cheese Louise and Dad, Michael and I are taking Grandma to the Red Mill tonight. Oh well, I'll try to make good choices. Hope you find time to treat yourself for Valentine's Day, too!
Michael has an interview at 3:30 today with Dan to work at Belts' this summer. Figured he might follow in his sister's footsteps and work where he can walk to and from the job.
Food:
7:00 am Cappucino soy shake, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Salad w/pine nuts, crumbled feta, Nueske bacon, just a tiny bit of bleu cheese dressing, spinach/egg bake w/Provolone cheese, small corner of maple walnut scone
2:00 pm 1 Russell Stover truffle
3:15 pm 1 butterscotch hard candy
4:30 pm 1 dark chocolate raspberry Hershey kiss
6:30 pm 4 oz Riesling, small slice fresh bread w/1 tsp butter, salad w/bleu cheese crumbles & croutons, 4 oz tuna steak, sweet red pepper sauce, 2 small potato puffs, 1/2 order hot fudge lava cake
Exercise:
6:05-6:10 am 2 set (10 each) incline pushups against sink and tricep dips using sink
