Mon 4 Feb

Monday, joy. Michael is experiencing showtime exhaustion - said he almost fell asleep in the shower this morning. They have off this evening, but Ann has scheduled practices the rest of the week.

I am all-over sore from the ballet workout, but I know that when I can get through the whole thing, maybe once a week, I will be significantly on my way to being in better shape - literally as well as figuratively.

Hope you get some rest and start feeling better soon. Jenna, too! Keep up on your healthy eating and get enough protein. Snow is currently falling so thickly it looks like a Christmas card outside. Much better than the freezing rain they said might be coming.

I find I'm not feeling very well either. Tried to exercise and just couldn't get going even though I had an hour's nap first. Muscles are sore from yesterday's ballet workout, but I think I'm possibly coming down with something too. Hope not.

7:00 am 1 c Corn Chex, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
10:45 am 1/6 c raspberry craisins
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, banana
1:30 pm Popcorn ball
5:00 pm Mini-size 3 Musketeers Mint
6:15 pm 5 oz broiled salmon w/butter, 1/2 c sliced beets, 1/2 c sour cream n onion Lipton noodles, 12 oz skim milk, 1 Bailey's chocolate
8:30 pm Cup of Stephen's Candy Cane cocoa


Exercise:

5:25-5:35 pm First 10 min of Pilates mat before bombing out
