I'll be at Memorial Union until 1, if you just want to pick me up there. Turn off University onto Lake (past the parking garage), cross State Street and take a left on Langdon. The Union is on the corner of Langdon and Park, I'll meet you there.
Food today:
7:45a - Cheerios and soymilk
11:15a - Odwalla Super Protein shake, carrots
12:30p - raisins
6:30p - small bowl oatmeal with soymilk, 1 egg, 2 mushrooms, some cheese
evening - 2 chocolate chip cookies for psychological purposes
Exercise today:
8:05-8:30a - Walk to campus (Danskos do not keep out snow - boo)
10:00-10:30a - Vigorous weightlifting
10:30-10:40a - Cardio (.5 mile run, .3 mile walk)
plus random walking around campus which has to count for something in this much snow
