11:30 am Medium sliced banana in 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, strawberry/banana soy shake
12:10 pm 1 tbl Simply Jif pb
3:30 pm 1/6 c raspberry craisins
4:45 pm 1 dark chocolate raspberry Hershey kiss
7:15 pm 1 enchilada, 1 c fresh asparagus, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:30 pm 6 oz skim milk, 2 tbl Bellagio drinking chocolate
