Tues 12 Feb

Scale was down another half pound today - I've been weighing only twice a week now so as not to be so obsessive, but it's still nice to see even a little progress. I was proud of myself for working out late in the evening yesterday even when I didn't really want to. I missed Friday and Saturday, so I didn't feel it was time to miss again so soon. And I did feel better for completing a workout.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c PomegranPlus granola, 6 oz homemade plain yogurt, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:30 am 4 pc sushi; bowl of sumashi w/mushrooms, green onion, 1 tbl tofu pieces, seaweed; 3/4 c lettuce w 1 tbl ginger dressing; 2 oz beef, mushrooms, green onions, onions, bean sprouts, 1 oz fake crab, garlic, soy stir fry sauce; tea; tempura battered broccoli spear, mushroom, sweet potato slice; 1/3 c mandarin oranges; small sugared donut
12:45 pm Lucky raspberry hard candy (for Chinese New Year)
2:30 pm 1 Dove egg
3:30 pm popcorn ball
6:45 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake


Exercise:

5:40-6:40 pm Full Pilates mat (didn't wimp out on the pushups for a change)
