I kept thinking about you all evening wondering if the snow had stopped yet. Let me know what the final accumulation total is, just for morbid interest. And yes, I think trudging through that kind of snow on campus definitely counts for cardio! Hope you have some kind of boots!
Grandma and I are going to the Evening of Chocolate tonight at the Country Club - fundraiser for Epilepsy Association. I plan to try to eat light but healthy during the day and forego supper altogether, then just have fun and not be obnoxious about pointing out calories. Gotta have some fun once in a while. (But I can't forget that the scale was down a little again today!)
Food:
7:00 am 3/4 c Nature Valley Oats N Honey cereal, 4 oz skim milk, orange, coffee
11:45 am Tuscan Herb bagel, 2 tbl light spreadable cream cheese, 1 tsp Asiago cheese powder, med banana, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
5:45 pm Vanilla soy shake
6:30 pm 3 oz champagne, half shredded beef slider sandwich, 1 oz roast pork, 1 pc toast round w/artichoke dip, 2 pc sushi, lots of chocolate (cheesecake, mousse, truffles, can't remember it all!)

4:55 pm-5;45 pm Pilates mat
