9:30 am Bowl hot wheat cereal, 1 tsp packed brown sugar, 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, orange
12:30 pm 4 oz vegetarian meatloaf, 1 slice bread, 3/4 c mashed potatoes, 1 c cashew gravy, half piece coffee oreo cream pie
4:30 pm Other half piece coffee oreo cream pie
9:45 pm Small Culver's raspberry sundae w/vanilla ice cream
