Another Sunday ... Church w/Grandma, grocery store, breakfast out, write Grandma's checks, home to brutal ballet, a brief rest, choir practice, a brief time before bed. At least I don't have to think too much with a preset itinerary.
Food:
7:50 am Strawberry/vanilla soy shake
12:00 pm 2 unfilled crepes w/powdered sugar, 12 oz OJ, 2 c coffee
1:30 pm 1 dark chocolate raspberry Hershey kiss
4:45 pm Braeburn apple, sliced w/2 tbl nutella
5:30 pm 9 butternut squash ravioli w/1/2 c Prego and 1 oz shredded mozzarella, 1 c sauteed zucchini, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:45 pm 1/2 grapefruit
Exercise:
3:35-4:22 pm Brutal ballet DVD - of all the exercise DVDs I do, this is the one I'm happiest to get to the end. Unfortunately, it's also the one that feels like it does the most good.
