Fri 11 Sept

Short weeks are nice, even if yesterday was a really crazy busy day. Panacea this weekend, and no one called us to work! Walk for Hope tomorrow morning, only a 3-mile walk. Hartmans generally do this walk too so we can walk with them and chat.

We can figure out the Sprint stuff tomorrow - would you want to keep your existing number? We were naughty and skipped out on a planned extra hike to drive to Appleton's for a big Woodman's shop and dinner at Victoria's.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
9:30 am 1.5 oz assorted cheese slices, 4 Ritz crackers
1:00 pm Blueberry soy shake
2:30 pm Chocolate chip cookie
3:00 pm .5 oz cheese
4:45 pm Thin slice pumpkin bread @ Breadsmith
5:45 pm 6 oz white wine, large piece garlic bread, large salad w/1 tbl parmesan peppercorn dressing, 3 med scallops broiled in butter, large piece tiramisu

5:10-6:00 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout upper body and aerobics

Yikes, Grandma's in the hospital? Tell her to get well soon from me!!

I just called up Sprint to see about switching my phone from your family account to a basic individual account, and they need the current account information to do so. So either I'll need to get that from you guys (account number, etc) or you'll need to call in and get it set up for me :P
