Fri 18 Sept

If you aren't feeling well and peanut butter helped, maybe you're not getting enough protein? Your diet should be giving you plenty, but the fact that protein revived you makes me wonder. Maybe it was the fat content - are you eating too much lean and not getting adequate fat in the diet? Make sure you get enough good carbs too to keep up the energy reserves. Love you and hope you feel better soon.

I'm glad your tummy is getting nice hugs! : ) What account info do you need for Sprint? We may splurge and go the iPhone route after all since the Alltel monthly rate looks high for phones with Internet if we decide that's what we want. AT&T is no worse, possibly a little better.

Note I'm getting my veggies in chocolate zucchini bread!

I'll try to stop in to Sprint next week to do what needs to be done.

Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
11:00 am 1/4 c salty trail mix
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, small banana, small pumpkin pecan muffin
3:00 pm Slice chocolate zucchini bread
7:45 pm 12 oz Super Scotch ale, 1/3 lb Black and Tan burger, 1 c applesauce
8:45 pm 1/2 c Double Churned No Sugar Added vanilla ice cream, 1 shot Bailey's

Exercise:

5:20-6:10 am Jane Fonda Workout with Weights 1
5:30-7:30 pm Hiking Rib Mt with tower

I'm thinking it's probably more of the fat content than the protein - Daily Plate yells at me for getting more than 200% of my "recommended" protein, though from what I've read the recommended values are more like "absolute minimums". But it's also just a comfort food for me - I've switched from Jif and Skippy to actual natural PB (just peanuts, sometimes a little salt), and eating a lot of it is just like giving my tummy a hug :)

By the way, we need to connect about moving me off your Sprint plan.

RE: Sprint - basically I'm going to need you and/or dad to authorize my switch to an individual account (so I can keep my number). I don't need a new phone, I just want the super basic plan, probably with the second-level text add-on (I've been using that a lot more here).
