Didn't really feel at the top of my game all day yesterday. Hurt in the morning when I did my stretches upon waking, tired on and off all day, had to stop and catch my breath twice on the biggest hill at Rib (that I normally can make without stopping even though I'm breathing hard). I feel much better today so I'm hoping that whatever it was, it's gone.

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 50 g strawberries, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11;15 am 1 c mushroom barley soup, 3 oz roast beef, 1 oz provolone, sliced tomato, sliced onion, pyramid bread roll
2:00 pm 6 oz raspberries, 1 LifeSaver
5:00 pm 2 mint Oreos
5:15 pm 2 med ears Blue Top sweet corn (Yum! Height of season!), 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:30 pm 1/2 c Roundy's Light Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream

2:30-2:50 pm Walk
5:50-6:05 pm Walk to hair appt
8:10-8:25 pm Walk home
