Did the Power Shaping DVD today for the first time in quite a while and found it a better workout for not doing it so often. Appreciated the variety of weight moves along with movement.

Have you found out yet when you'd like us to pick you up to come home next week? The sooner we know, the easier it is to plan.

We will look at schedules for Tues and let you know when we can pick you up. Not going to stay to shop on Black Friday, eh?

I'd hate to have you skip a class to come home Monday, though I could also drive down Monday evening as I'm not on call til Tuesday. We can firm it up as the day draws closer, but Dad could likely leave around 3 or 4 on Tuesday to come for you. I may chance driving back on Thursday if there aren't any calls yet, but I don't think I should try it twice.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, white chocolate orange scone, 103 g red grapes
5:30 pm 6 oz Oktoberfest beer
6:15 pm 104 g meatloaf, 128 g baked potato w/skin, 1 tsp soft margarine, 3/4 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk, Jello sugar free pudding cup

If I can get back here Thursday night, I'll likely be ready to come back as of Tuesday, whenever in the day is convenient.

Actually I could probably skip out on my Tuesday class and come back Monday afternoon if that's more convenient for you guys, too. Tuesday evening is preferable, though.
