Decided to make today my rest day from exercise since I'm home tomorrow. I prefer exercising a little later in the morning after breakfast and some rest time, so Saturdays allow for this.

The Christmas chenin blanc is delicious. A good complement to the yummy coconut lime shrimp recipe from my SparkPeople cookbook. A definite delicious dinner, and nice to know it's low in calories. I stopped at Cafe 27 today and bought one piece of orange rum flourless chocolate cake to share for dessert. Nice dinner!


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am Blueberry soy shake, 168 g cherry almond scone, large pear
5:00 pm 6 oz chenin blanc
6:30 pm 4 large coconut lime shrimp, 1/2 Birdseye brown/wild rice blend w/veggies, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk, 1/2 slice orange rum flourless chocolate cake
