Here we go Monday, oh! Hopefully the cold snap will pretty well have played itself out so it won't be so bad. It's been interesting to get back to the old exercise routines. Seems strange not to be doing Burn It Up after so many weeks. Maybe once later this week.


Food:

7:00 am 1/6 Breadsmith coffee cake, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 117 g Breadsmith pecan scone, orange
12:45 pm .9 oz dark chocolate peppermint bark
6:00 pm 5 oz baked pork chop, 1/2 tbl Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste N Glaze, 1/2 c Steamfresh brown rice, 2/3 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk
