Happy Mardi Gras! Last year we were in Mexico at the Secrets resort enjoying an awesome parade with wandering performers throughout the crowd. This year, there's a bake sale and chili lunch at work. Not quite in the same venue.

Couldn't quite decide what to make for supper tonight, so dug out the bag of potstickers and cut up a red and green pepper into strips to stir fry on the side. Worked pretty well.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
8:30 am Raspberry coffee cake
9:00 am Oreo truffle
11:45 am Small bowl chili w/noodles, 1 tbl shredded cheddar, 1 tbl sour cream, slice Italian bread
12:15 pm Large pear
5:30 pm 7 TJ's chicken gyoza potstickers, 1 1/2 c green and red pepper strips, 1 tbl olive oil, 12 oz milk, Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup
