Somehow Wed mornings are always the toughest for exercise. I always seem to lack energy to really push, but I manage to get through it anyway. Not sure what there is about the middle of the week.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 142 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 50 oz sourdough bread, 1 egg, 1 oz skim milk, 1 tsp soft margarine, cinnamon sugar, orange
12:34 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
2:45 pm 1 See's pumpkin spice lollipop
6:00 pm Casserole w/roast pork, whole grain rotini, onion, pepper, portabellas, mozz/provolone blend, 1 c sliced carrots, 12 oz skim milk, 4 TJs dark chocolate stars
