I like breakfast. What a nice way to start the day! Exercise is nice, too, but I look forward to breakfast. Linda from choir said they made a special brunch for her daughter's birthday using Rumchata to make French toast. Does that sound yummy, or what?

Michael and Aly came over tonight for supper. Nice to have them. Michael seems to be doing well in school. He had a test today and did not get crippled by test anxiety. Hope he does well.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, Country Hearth English muffin, 1 tbl Peter Pan Whipped PB, large pear
7:00 pm Bowl lamb stew, 1/2 cheddar biscuit, small brownie, 12 oz skim milk
