Tuesday morning, nothing exciting comes to mind. Onward.

Was able to go back in my blog history to figure out that this is week 6 of my Slim In 6 program. Next week I will return to more variety, but I expect I'll keep the Burn It Up routine in the rotation as it is a good workout.

Oh, my goodness! Freshly made pasties from Heather's parish bake sale are awesomely good!



Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 133 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice L'Oven 100% whole wheat toast, 1 tbl Peter Pan Whipped PB, orange, green tea
2:15 pm White chocolate peppermint pretzel rod
2:45 pm 2 chocolate pizzelles
4:45 pm 18 g milk chocolate Santa
5:10 pm 4 oz Chocowine Espresso
6:30 pm Fresh pasty, 4 lg spears asparagus, 12 oz skim milk, 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
