Wed 1 Feb

Nice to have such a warm day yesterday, especially since Sunday was quite chilly. I believe it's supposed to be fairly mild all week. I'll take it.

Dad and I both felt like doing something out for dinner tonight and I have been missing our dinners at the Great Dane so that won the toss.



Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 91 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 55 g sourdough bread, 1 egg, 1 oz skim milk, 1 tsp soft margarine, 1/4 tsp cinnamon sugar, orange
12:30 pm 1 cinnamon M&M, 1 small truffle
5:45 pm 8 oz German Pilsner, 5 oz buffalo burger, large bun, slice tomato, lettuce, 1 oz provolone, 2 pickle slices, .5 tbl ketchup, 1 c sweet potato fries
