Wed 15 Feb

Was so achy in my muscles all day yesterday, through the night, and continuing when I woke up, that I opted to skip the morning workout and will hopefully try to get to the gym after work this evening instead. At this point in time, it feels like it was a very good decision.


Food:

7:00 am 103 g Breadsmith coffee cake, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
9:45 am Frosted brownie
11:45 am 134 g Breadsmith currant scone, vanilla soy shake, pear
6:45 pm 135 g spinach cheese ravioli, 1/2 tbl butter, cranberry/raspberry applesauce w/fiber, 10 oz skim milk, Michael's homemade mint ice cream cake



Exercise:

4:45-5:45 pm Elliptical
