Wed 22 Feb

It's Ash Wednesday, meaning I will do my best to not eat anything between meals. Just coffee in the am and water in the pm. I didn't really cut down on the size of my breakfast this morning as it's not all that excessive to begin with. I thought about cutting back to one fruit, but I want to get good nutrition in spite of fasting.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 143 g mango, Chicken of the Sea tuna cup
7:00 pm Regular slice Rocky's cheese pizza, water
