My knee is surprisingly significantly better today. I was dreading getting up to exercise and almost took a bye, then decided late to get up and do the Crunch Pilates which is only 42 min and a little more gentle on the knees. I was glad that I did as it always helps to work it gently. Breakfast with my client this morning. I hope she wants to go to Ranchitos. I could go for machaca.
