Knee is getting progressively better. It works pretty well now in a straight plane, or side to side without twisting. I still can't bend it far enough to do the quad stretch, but it's getting closer. I also didn't feel discomfort in bed last night which allowed for better rest. Loving the butternut squash soup! Great warm-up for lunch. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, Gala apple (Vitamix sauce), coffee 12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, 1 c butternut squash soup, cinnamon scone 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 6:30 pm 1 c cheese tortellini, 3 oz extra lean ground beef, 1 tbl chopped onion, 1/8 c chopped red pepper, 1/2 c arrabiata sauce, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 1/2 c roasted beets, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:40 am Jane Fonda Fat Burner's video
