Today should be a better exercise day. Yesterday I was pretty much a slug except for morning ballet which counts very low on the calorie-burn scales. Hoping to hike the short loop with Barb tonight. Yay! Supposedly my Fitbit is now synched to my SparkPeople account so I should only need to enter my food on one of the sites for it to appear in both places. We'll see.... Made it - did the hike and the knee is still functional and not too uncomfortable.
