Today should be a better exercise day. Yesterday I was pretty much a slug except for morning ballet which counts very low on the calorie-burn scales. Hoping to hike the short loop with Barb tonight.
Yay! Supposedly my Fitbit is now synched to my SparkPeople account so I should only need to enter my food on one of the sites for it to appear in both places. We'll see....
Made it - did the hike and the knee is still functional and not too uncomfortable.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 extra large cantaloupe, 102 g raspberries, coffee
12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, blueberry scone, Gala apple (Vitamix sauce)
4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew
7:45 pm 1 c butternut squash soup, 1.4 oz portabella mushroom cheese, SweeTango apple, Woodchuck pumpkin cider
