Wow, end of September already. Scary.
Only a slightly normal week to return to as I have the Kalahari conference Thurs/Fri. It was good to get up and exercise this morning. The new LED lights make the basement noticeably brighter. Maybe that will keep the centipedes more at bay. Only saw a couple quite little ones this morning.
Food:
6:45 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g raspberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, mocha chip scone, 2 homegrown plums
12:30 pm Maple cream chocolate (leftover from tasting Sat)
6:30 pm 2 grilled chicken drumsticks, 1/2 c grilled fingerling potatoes w/Vidalia onion & drizzle olive oil, 1/2 c acorn squash w/1 tsp soft margarine, 12 oz skim milk
