We are heading off to DePere tonight for a nice overnight out of town after being on call for a week. We will drive to Captain's Walk in Green Bay, which is really quite close, to use our wine tasting voucher after we check in at the hotel. We have dinner reservations at 7:00 for some of Sebastien's wonderful food. Tomorrow after breakfast, we'll hit Costco. I'm running low on a few regular vitamins. Having breakfast with my client this morning, but not until about 9:15 as I have to sit in on an 8:30 psych appointment with another client. Thought I'd better add in a few almonds to hold my tummy. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 98 g blackberries, 20 g cinnamon almonds, coffee 9:30 am Crepe, 2 scrambled eggs, veggie mix, coffee 12:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, 1 slice cinnamon raisin struan toast, 1/2 tbl whipped butter, Light & Fit caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt Exercise: 4:50-6:00 am 5 mile advanced walk with some minimal weights (YouTube)
