Made it to Friday, no pages on any of the three on-call nights, relatively uneventful week. Still I'm ready for it to be done. I felt like I had to work really hard to exercise this morning even though I did one of the regular routines.
My Friday breakfast client left a message last night on my work phone that she is sick, so no Olympia today. Two single granola bars at my desk instead. I am on Intake from 12:15-3:00, so I'll get lunch early.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 98 g blackberries, coffee
8:45 am 2 bars Nature Valley Oats N Honey
11:00 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, Light & Fit caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, dense cranberry almond scone from Main Grain
12:45 pm 2 lebkuchen cookies
5:30 pm 5 oz white bordeaux, Pescador platter w/fried bluegill, perch, & walleye, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, baked beans, tartar sauce
