Well, at least I woke up feeling normally awake today. I really don't like dragging through an entire day feeling like I need to be back in bed. I had a very minor headache this morning and a hint that I may be heading toward a cold, so I'm going to try to remember to hit the Cold-Eze lozenges regularly. They have sometimes helped head things off at the pass in the past.
Once again, Heather brought a bunch of treats to staffing, and once again, I failed miserably at willpower. Sigh. At least it's good motivation to work out a little harder on the after-work YouTube videos.
Food:
6:45 am Co-op cinnamon roll, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Peach soy shake, 2 slices cinnamon raisin struan toast, 1 tbl whipped butter, Light & Fit caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt
1:30 pm Molasses cookie, small homemade snickers-type bar, cheerios mix
6:40 pm Priano lasagna, 1 c Pictsweet beans/carrots
