Cold again, eh? Getting mighty old. On call for the weekend, so hoping no calls will let me stay in and stay warm. Plans for this evening include cheese fries and dominos.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 103 g blackberries, coffee
8:15 am Crepe, 2 scrambled eggs, veggie mix, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Earth Friendly toast, 1 tbl PB
12:30 pm 25 g chocolate covered pecans
2:30 pm 1/2 venison snack stick, 1 Hershey's Special Dark miniature
6:00 pm 4 cheese fries, 1/2 large green pepper, 3 oz baby carrots, 5 oz shiraz
7:45 pm 1/2 Crunch Thin Mints bar, several pieces dark chocolate angel food
